Getting Started

Selling and/or buying a home is not a decision to be taken lightly or made on impulse. It is the largest financial transaction that most Costco members will ever make. At the same time, it has a profound impact on the lifestyle of you and your family.

The Costco Real Estate Program is designed to alleviate some of the concerns about this important transaction so it is important to understand how the program works.

Getting started is a simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. Download the Costco Real Estate Program Service Request Forms by clicking on the links below. You will need a separate Service Request Form for each transaction. As you can see there is one form for a selling transaction and a different form for a buying transaction.
   
2. Read the Service Request Forms carefully to gain a complete understanding of the program terms and conditions (the dreaded fine print). You will quickly find that a real estate transaction doesn’t need to be scary. If you still have questions, contact Envoy toll free at 1-866-511-2226 and get clarification from a knowledgeable Envoy Relocation Coordinator.
   
3. Sign the Service Request Forms and forward them to Envoy using the contact information on the forms. Signing the Service Request Forms does not create any obligation to go further. It simply confirms that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of the program and are authorizing Envoy to provide your personal information to Costco and the service providers that you will select.

Envoy will take it from there. We will contact you to complete a short profile on your circumstances and requirements. Based on this information we will coordinate contact with members of the Envoy Alliance® relocation network that are appropriate for your unique circumstances, including real estate agents, lawyers, notaries and home inspectors.

Remember, it is important that you not contact any service providers before Envoy confirms your Costco membership status and authorizes the selected Envoy Alliance® service providers to extend the program benefits.
